Pecci Filati was established in 2002 further to the split of the design, manufacture and selling activities of the knitwear yarns manufactured by the historic Lanificio Pecci.
The aim of this project was a better focusing and development of a specific field of activity, in order to better respond to the concentration, rapidity and changeability of a more and more demanding fashion world.

Lanificio Pecci (the company was established in 1902, even though its roots date back to 1880) has been part of the development of the Italian knitwear throughout the ‘70s until these days and has contributed to its evolution toward more and more sophisticated and innovative productions by means of advanced technologies, thus becoming a landmark to many manufacturers worldwide, who have felt the necessity to integrate their technical skills and quality issues with the Italian knowledge and style.

Nowadays Pecci Filati, with a state of the art design office and a highly technological production, is a leading company in the manufacture of high quality pattern yarns who are addressed to the best designer labels, both in Italy and worldwide.

The yarns are obtained with the most valuable textile fibres and the finest wool such as alpaca and mohair which are highly functional and creative.

At the base of everything is the patrimony of intuitions, sensibility and passion of people who are daily committed to create items totally made in Italy, combining handicraft with more and more advanced technologies.
